Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Poker Calc ("the App"), developed by PocketCraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

App Usage

Poker Calc is a mathematical calculator tool that computes poker hand probabilities using Monte Carlo simulation. It is important to understand that:

• The App is not a gambling application and does not involve real money, wagers, or betting of any kind
• The App is intended for educational and entertainment purposes only
• The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use
• You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Probability calculations are mathematical estimates and should not be relied upon as guaranteed outcomes

In-App Purchases

Poker Calc offers a one-time in-app purchase to remove advertisements. By making this purchase, you understand that:

• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies
• PocketCraft does not process payments directly and does not have access to your payment information
• The ad-free purchase is a one-time payment with no recurring charges or subscriptions
• You can restore your purchase on the same platform using the Restore Purchase option in the App settings

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and other materials in Poker Calc are the property of PocketCraft and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App's content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PocketCraft does not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Calculations will be 100% accurate in all scenarios
• The App will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions

Poker Calc is an educational tool. It does not encourage, facilitate, or support gambling in any form. Any decisions you make based on information provided by the App are your sole responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PocketCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App. PocketCraft's total liability for any claims arising from the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases, if any.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
